Job Description:
Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with experience supporting entrepreneurs? We are seeking a Bilingual Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a remote position that requires exceptional communication skills in both Portuguese and English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Efficiently manage and organize the email inbox, prioritize emails, and respond on behalf of the entrepreneur in both Portuguese and English.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain the schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well-organized.
- Proactive Task Management: Understand ongoing projects and tasks from email communications and ClickUp, and proactively handle relevant duties.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Write and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably with entrepreneurs or C-Level executives.
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in email management and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
- Background in business management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
