The Position is for Hotel Londres in Estoril Cascais.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Content Creator and Guest Experience Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations of our hotel, with a focus on guest experience and service improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily operation of the hotel, with close attention to the guest experience
- Welcome guests and identify opportunities for service improvement, with a focus on support at the door of the restaurant at breakfast and/or dinner
- Promote and encourage guests to provide online reviews and experience reports
- Operationalize marketing strategies to promote the hotel brand and increase guest revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
- Prepare marketing content for digital promotion, including written and interactive/audiovisual materials
- Monitor and respond to comments and complaints on online platforms that impact the hotel's online ranking, coordinating resolution with management and promoting continuous improvement
- Support coordination of special events such as weddings, special meals/dinners, conferences, or other meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, marketing, and digital content creation. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
